staci swider is an augusta based artist known for her use color, pattern, and texture. swider's simple designs, reminiscent of american folk art make use of red line drawings between layers of paint, passionate copper accents and slavic embroidery patterns. all of these elements stem from strong spiritual undercurrents that drive her imagery, textiles, and sculpture.
